We are offering this promotion to sell out all Premium stock, as in future we will only stock the Premium Plus (available on pre-order).T
his promotion creates more opportunities for sharing wand love! Here’s some choices to explore:
1) You can create a NEW Gold business account via the first Premium purchase, and then buy the second one to sell, gift or loan out in whatever way works for you. (Or a new Silver or Diamond account if you purchase the other wands at full price.)
2) If you already have a Prife business account, you can UPGRADE your account to GOLD or DIAMOND by purchasing a Premium wand OR PRO wand via the Upgrade process in your back office. You can then onsell or loan your Classic wand to someone in need, and/or you can onsell the bonus Premium wand at a price that feels good to you.
3) You can go halves with a friend for the two wands. Please note that only ONE Prife business account comes with this offer & you can only make ONE payment to us - no split payments!

HOW TO ORDER BONUS WANDS
Create your NEW Prife account OR UPGRADE an existing Prife account to Gold by paying for both wands in one transaction, either via Register or via Order with Pin process. (ie use your Top Up link or make a payment to us for a PIN.)

Silver (Classic 2.0) - USD: $440 + $500 = $940 USD OR AUD: $680 + $800 = $1480 AUD
Gold (Premium) - USD: $1320 + $500 = $1820 USD OR AUD: $2040 + $800 = $2840 AUD
Diamond (Pro Wand) - USD: $4400 + $500 = $4900 USD OR AUD: $6800 + $800 = $7600 AUD

In REMARKS, add USERNAME & the DO from your new/upgraded account above.
If you need the second wand sent to a separate address: Pay an additional shipping fee of $20USD / $30 AUD to QLD01 via register wallet transfer or direct payment (use your USERNAME as reference) and EMAIL SCOTT the DO number for the full price wand, your USERNAME & the second person’s name, address, phone & email address.

GENERAL
PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PREMIUM WAND PROMOTION
1. This promotion is offered by QLD01 - THZWellbeing - Queensland, Australia Stockist (as an official stockist for Prife International / iTeraCare products).
2. The promotion commences 1 February 2024 and runs while stocks last or until 15 February (whichever occurs first).
3. Please check our stock levels on the HOME page for current information on availability.
4. Bonus wands are ONLY available by ordering from the AUSTRALIA / QUEENSLAND / QLD01 Stockist ID for official purchases via the www.PrifeVIP.com site operated by Prife International.
5. Bonus wands are $500 USD / $800 AUD EACH and only available WITH Delivery Order numbers for Classic 2.0, Premium or Pro wands from 1 February while stocks last.
6. Premium bonus wands are an optional purchase and may be purchased on the following basis:If you buy a full price iTeraCare Classic, Premium or Pro, you can buy ONE bonus Premium Wand for $500 USD / $800 AUD.
7. Only ONE PAYMENT can be made (eg Premium + Bonus Premium) - we cannot support split payments. You need to arrange combined payments privately if you are splitting costs.
8. Bonus wand price includes free shipping within Australia if shipped to same address as full price wand DO. For split shipping orders there is an additional charge of $30 AUD / $20 USD for shipping.
9. No other products are included in the BONUS offer - it is ONLY for Premium wands.
10. All wands are 220v (we cannot send to countries that do not use this voltage). We are unable to fulfil international shipping requests.
11. As per the Prife International ordering requirements, no refunds are possible. There is a twelve month warranty on all wands.
12. Warranty claims for bonus wands are arranged via the relevant DO number for the original Premium that is ordered. If you split your order with a friend you must register the warranty for their bonus wand in your account.
14. Not valid with any other offer.
15. No Prife business account or PV is available with the bonus wands.
16. Bonus wand offer is not redeemable with bonus redemption points.
How do I order my bonus wands?
Does this promotion apply outside of Australia?
No, we are unable to assist with international orders for this promotion. Other countries may offer a similiar promotion. Please check with the stockists in the country you are interested in.
Can I upgrade to Gold or Diamond via this promotion?
The bonus offer wands don't come with an account or PV, so can't be used to do an upgrade.
If you would like to upgrade your existing account to take advantage of the promotion you need to upgrade via the normal process. You then you have the option to buy an extra Premium wand.
To do the upgrade via the Queensland stockist you may need to get your Country Join changed to QLD01 by Prife Customer Service.
Please reach out via the INQUIRY tab in your back office if you need assistance with this. You’ll need to tell them to change your country join to QLD01 so that you can upgrade your account.
Can I arrange delivery insurance on my order?
Yes you can. Please get in touch via our contact us page and we can get a quote for you based on your exact location.
Premiums are usually around $50.00 AUD. If you request delivery insurance you are responsible for payment of that.
Are Premium Plus wands included in the promotion?
No they are not. As per the promotion graphic, only Classic, Premium and Pro wands are included as the original purchase wand
PAYMENT & ORDERING
Can I use Bonus Redemption Points to access the bonus wand offer??
No. The bonus wand offer only applies to NEW or UPGRADED Prife Business accounts via Queensland stockist QLD01.You can of course order a Premium wand via your bonus redemption points at any time, while stocks last, but this is not eligible for the Premium Bonus wand offer.
Can I get another product instead of a Premium for the bonus offer?
Sorry, no. Due to the way our promotional stock is agreed with Prife, this is not possible.
Can I ship the bonus wand to a different person?
Yes - Please note that an extra shipping fee applies: $20 USD or $30 AUD - see the payment instructions for more information on how to pay the shipping fees.
Please EMAIL us the name and address, phone & email details of the second recipient, along with your DO number and your USERNAME so that we can connect the order up.

Please be aware that the bonus premiums do not come with a Prife business account or points for bonus redemption.
How do I register the warranty on the bonus product?
The bonus wand does not have its own account. You will need to provide the serial number to the person who purchased the full price wand and they will need to ask Prife Customer Service to register both wands.
To do this, log into the first wand account and click on the INQUIRY tab. You will need to give both serial numbers and let them know the second one is for the QLD01 promotional offer.
Should you need to make a warranty claim, you will need the DO number and username so that the stockist can track your order.
