We ship Express Post, next business day, unless out of stock. If we have limited stock of any item, we will temporarily limit the availability of loyalty redemption orders.

If shipping is paid in USD via Prife website, no email to stockist is needed.
If shipping is paid in AUD direct to stockist, please email us the details so we can match the shipping payment with your order (See PAYMENTS page for more information).
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS :: LOYALTY REDEMPTION ORDERS
Step One:
PAYMENT
PREPARATION
Log into the back office of the account you are ordering the Loyalty Redemption product from.

Scroll down on the home page. You'll see a wallet called 'Loyalty Redemption Wallet' - this is your 'payment' wallet for Loyalty Redemption product orders. Shipping costs are paid via your Register Wallet / Bonus Wallet.
Make sure you have enough money in your Loyalty Redemption Wallet to pay for the product you are choosing. If not, you can top up by adding money to your Register Wallet (via Top Up, or from your Bonus Wallet using Navigate / Convert Bonus Wallet to Register Wallet). You can also transfer money from your Register Wallet to your Loyalty Redemption Wallet if you prefer.
You pay shipping via the system so make sure you have money available in your Register Wallet for the shipping in advance - it saves backtracking!
Step Two:
DO YOUR LOYALTY REDEMPTION ORDER
Click NAVIGATE / PURCHASE REDEMPTION / LOYALTY REDEMPTION (red button).
Select your stockist:
Region : Australia
Country Join: Queensland
Type - Country/State: (autopopulates - leave as is)
Stockist ID: (autopopulates) QLD01
CLICK 'Next Step' Button
ADD TO CART the product/s you are ordering & SCROLL DOWN.
Your products will appear below the Add to Cart section.
Adjust the quantities as required with the - and + signs, or delete with X button
Step Three:
ADD DELIVERY DETAILS
DELIVERY DETAILS:
Delivery Method - Change to courier or self collect.
Fill in all delivery details / correct address for the customer (you can use Loyalty Redemption for yourself or others)
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated (see top of this page for the amount). If you don't have money in your Register Wallet, you can either transfer it into the Register Wallet from your Bonus Wallet, or pay the stockist directly via 'Transfer Register Wallet to Stockist'. See PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS HERE if you are not sure how this works.
If you are ordering more than 1 EMF shield or Renew Patch's, put 'Other' in the Country, instead of 'Queensland' and shipping will become 0, you will need to pay us directly to have your items shipped. See above....
Add YOUR Security Pin - ######.
Check information is correct & click submit.
A confirmation popup screen will show all details - click CONFIRM if all correct, or CLOSE if you need to change any of the details.
If you are collecting your order from us, please EMAIL US to confirm a suitable collection time.
Step Four:
CHECK ORDER
CHECK ORDER IS COMPLETE: You can check your order has gone through successfully by finding the DO (Delivery Order) number, Navigate --> Product Order Report.
Please do not contact us to confirm your order. If you have a DO#, we will send your order via Express post, next business day, as long as we have received your shipping payment and can match it to your DO#. You can check tracking here.
