We deliver to ALL Australian states: QUEENSLAND, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia & Northern Territory.
Shipping is FREE within Australia, unless you are making a Bonus Redemption Order.
We ship Express Post, next business day, unless out of stock.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS :: 'UPGRADE' PROCESS
To upgrade an account from Silver to Gold or Diamond, you order products equal to that level. eg for Gold, your product order must be $1260 USD or more. For Diamond, your product order must be $4200 USD or more.
Unlike other MLM companies, with Prife you do not need to order preset minimum levels of products every month. You can simply choose to upgrade your account as you build your business. For more information on the benefits of upgrading your account, join our free Community Portal and read the section on Compensation.
You may also choose to upgrade if you desire to buy a mix of 3 or more Classic wands, Ionshields or 7 Wonders Water Bottles via your own account, rather than creating further accounts. Ask your sponsor about this!
When you do an account upgrade, the sponsor receives the Points Value (PV), as they invited you into the business, just as you will receive the points when any of your team choose to upgrade.
Step One:
PAYMENT
Log into the account you are upgrading via www.PrifeVip.com and make your payment into your Register Wallet. You can transfer money from your Bonus Wallet to your Register Wallet, or you can use your Top Up link and pay money into your register wallet. You can also use a mix of these two options to make up the full amount required.
Option ONE: Transfer money from Bonus Wallet
Click NAVIGATE / Convert Bonus Wallet to Register Wallet - fill in the amount you want to transfer.
Option TWO: Pay via Top Up link
Click NAVIGATE / TOP UP and then pay the amount you need via credit or debit card. In Remarks it's useful to put Upgrade so you remember what the money was for!
Option THREE: Pin Payment in AUD
If you are ordering via QLD01, you can also pay us directly in AUD and we will issue you with PIN/S to complete your upgrade. Please follow the PIN Payment process HERE. Please note you cannot use Pins plus a mix of options 1 & 2 above.
Step Two:
UPGRADE
Once payment is complete and Pins are allocated if required, you can do the UPGRADE process.
BEFORE YOU ORDER:
* Check the stock levels re the products you want to order (See QLD01 stock levels at the top of this page).
* Ensure your Country Join is QLD01 (you can see this on your Home page). If it is not, you will need to use the INQUIRY tab in your business account to ask Prife Customer Service to change your Country Join to Queensland (or the stockist you are using). Once they have done so, you are ready to upgrade!
Click NAVIGATE / UPGRADE (blue button).
This information will autopopulate. As noted above, you need the Country Join to match the Stockist you are using.

Step Three:
ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS
ADD TO CART the product/s you are ordering & SCROLL DOWN.
(When upgrading to a Gold or Diamond account you can mix and match the products to the financial level of your desired account level.
Your products will appear below the Add to Cart section.
Adjust the quantities as required with the - and + signs, or delete with red X button.
Choose your product & the quantity of each.
You can choose just one product eg a Premium/iTera Bio Lite for Gold or an iTera Bio/iTeraCare Pro for Diamond
OR you can choose a mix of Silver level products and resell what you don’t need.
For Gold Level - you can choose 3 products from IonShield, Classic Wand, 7 Wonders etc OR a Premium wand Or a Bio Lite. You can also choose 7 Wonders Cartridges: 4 Cartridges = 1 Silver position.
For Diamond level you can choose 10 products from IonShield, Classic Wand, 7 Wonders etc. OR you can choose an iTeraCare Pro Wand or an iTeraCare Bio.
The product order form will autofill as per below.

Rank - (autofilled) Silver, Gold or Diamond (if you order 4 classics you will still only be gold - so many variations I won’t list here!)

CHOOSE PAYMENT WALLET: Which wallet do you want to pay from?
Either Register Wallet and/or Bonus Wallet to take your balance from (if you decrease the Register Wallet Amount, the balance will show up in Bonus Wallet Amount beneath it.)
Click 'Next Step'.
Step Four:
ADD DELIVERY DETAILS
DELIVERY DETAILS:
Delivery Method - Change to courier or self collect (if you are collecting from us in Tewantin). Shipping is included for Upgrade orders within Australia.
Fill in all delivery details,
Add YOUR Security Pin - XXXX.
Check information is correct & click submit.
*** If you are collecting your order from us, please EMAIL US to confirm a suitable collection day/time.
Once you submit you will receive a message on the screen confirming your upgrade has been successful.
Go to your Home screen - you’ll see your current package is now Gold or Diamond.
