ADD PLACEMENT - click the blue SHOW button. You can click on the circle above the persons name to show alternative placements below them. You don't have to accept the first 'Place Me' options that show up. You may also wish to check in Rewards --> Level Pairing Details prior to starting this process to see which is the last name in whichever leg you are choosing to place the person, copy this into the top search bar - this will save you time clicking through your team... important when you team is 100+ deep!
If you are unsure about placement, please check with your sponsor regarding correct PLACEMENT in the hierarchy - it matters for how you are compensated! Always place on the left of the left and left of the right - (don’t place anyone in the right of the left leg OR the right of the right leg!)
Email - add customers email.
Click Submit.
This completes the account setup phase.

DELIVERY DETAILS:
Delivery Method - Change to courier or self collect (if you accidentally leave as pending, Pins will be added to your new customers account and you can redeem via Pin Redemption)
Add the number of each product you are adding to this order
Fill in all delivery details / correct address for new customer
Add YOUR Security Pin - XXXX.
Check information is correct & click submit.
A confirmation popup screen will show all details - click CONFIRM if all correct, or CLOSE if you need to change any of the details.
You now have a new account for your customer and the product order has been sent to the Stockist back office for fulfilment.

CLIENT PASSWORDS:
Client passwords are now emailed directly to the client. Please ensure your client knows how to log into their back office. You may no longer log into your client's back office for them without this information.
FIND THE DO#:
Click NAVIGATE > PRODUCT ORDER REPORT
Click on the small green document icon - copy the DO# (Delivery Order number) to send to the client.
Go to NAVIGATE / TOPUP - copy the client Top Up URL (this is their referral link).
SEND THE CLIENT THEIR ACCOUNT DETAILS
Send client a confirmation email, including their personal Top Up Link, DO and log-in details, as well
as any information you desire to share with them.
