1. Enquiries about existing orders must include your DO (Delivery Order) number. Find your DO by logging into your back office: https://www.prifevip.com and go to NAVIGATE / Product Order Report.
2. We can only assist with orders that have been ordered via stockist ID: QLD01 - if this is not your stockist ID please contact the relevant stockist.
