STEPS FOR CREATING AN ORDER

STEP 1
FIND A DISTRIBUTOR / SPONSOR
This will be the person who introduced you to the wands! If you want to build a business, please make sure they are happy and able to support you in learning the systems.
Your sponsor can explain the differences in the types of wands and help you decide if you will create a business & which level you will enter at (ie Silver, Gold or Diamond) or if you will only use the products personally.
If you found these products yourself and don't have a Sponsor, you can make an order request with us. We support our team in many ways!
STEP 2
MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
*BEFORE you make your payment, your Sponsor should check that the Stockist has stock.
For QLD01 (Australia) you can check on stock levels via our home page, or our Telegram account.
In most cases you will have two choices for payment:
1) You can use your Sponsor's Top Up Link (they will give it to you) to make your payment directly into the Prife back office. If you choose this option, your Sponsor will use the REGISTER process to create your account & order your product.
2) You can use the iTeraCare Stockist payment links to pay in a local currency. For us (QLD01) you can access all the payment links in AUD HERE. If you do this, you MUST email your stockist with additional information as they will create a PIN for your Sponsor.
Your Sponsor will use the REGISTER VIA PIN process to create your account, allocate the pin and order your product. (PS There are scammers out there, we will never DM you asking you to make a payment!)
3) Sometimes a Sponsor will have iTeraCare products that they can sell you directly (due to the bonus product redemption system). In this situation, you pay them directly and you do not receive a business account with your purchase. The Sponsor is responsible for getting your order to you!
STEP 3
CREATE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT
You will need to give your Sponsor some information so they can create your account: name, email, phone, postal address for delivery, a username for your account. Each sponsor has different processes for this - we send you a form to complete, so as to make sure we have everything!
Once your payment is complete, your Sponsor will create your business account using either the REGISTER or REGISTER VIA PIN process. They will know the account is created as the system says so, and provides a temporary password for the new account.
If you do not want an iTeraCare business account your Sponsor can either set up an account that can be reallocated later, or they can sell you Bonus Redemption product if they have it available.
STEP 4
PLACE THE PRODUCT ORDER
If the REGISTER process is used, the Product Order will be created at the same time as the account.
If the REGISTER WITH PIN process is used, your Sponsor will need to give your order information to us then to place the product order, then create your account .
If the BONUS REDEMPTION process is used, your Sponsor can have your products sent directly to you.
PLEASE follow the specific instructions for each process. You do not need to confirm the order with the Stockist if you can see a Delivery Order number (DO#) in either the Sponsor or Client account.
You can TRACK YOUR ORDER too - please give the Stockist 2 business days to add the tracking information into the system!
STEP 5
CONFIRM ACCOUNT DETAILS WITH CLIENT & REGISTER WARRANTY
Once the order is placed, the Sponsor should let the new Distributor know how to get into their account and provide support if their Distributor desires to make further orders for themselves or others. The Sponsor should also provide you with information on how to use your wand.
Please handle with care when unpacking your wand - the wands have a crystal tube inside and are fragile. Once you receive your wand you can REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY. If you don't have a business account, contact your Sponsor and they will do this for you.
