Stockist QLD01 ships express post (via Australia Post) next business day for all products in stock.
If it is a Bonus Redemption order, ensure that you paid the postage when doing the order, or paid us directly, before undertaking the following steps.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Start by logging into your back office at www.PrifeVIP.com at least 24 hours AFTER you have placed your order. You can track your order using the following steps...
STEP 1
Go to NAVIGATE / PRODUCT DETAIL. Look under DELIVERY STATUS - the icon will show you the current status:
Spinning circle = Stockist is yet to approve the order (allow 1 business day after ordering).
Tick = Stockist has approved order and despatch is imminent.
Van = Order has been shipped.
STEP 2
Once your order has been shipped, you'll see a tracking number in the REMARK column on the PRODUCT DETAIL page. It will look like this: Auspost: 98079346841340055 A20231 - (this last number is the serial number and does not form part of the tracking number).
Copy the tracking number (eg. 98079346841340055) and search the delivery status on the Australia Post website:
STEP 3
If you are concerned about a delivery, first contact Australia Post. They do not allow us to check on 'lost' deliveries unless they are 14 days overdue. (Not very helpful... but it's out of our hands at this point!)
STEP 4
If your delivery is lost, please contact us via email ASAP and we will assist you. No parcel has been 'lost' yet!! Some just take an extended journey to arrive at the destination.
Ensure you include the relevant DO# (Delivery Order number) and USERNAME. We will respond within 2 business days.
STEP 5
Please ensure you handle with care when unpacking - the wands are fragile.
Please ask your Sponsor for information on how to use your wand.
