Please see below for information on how to:
1. Register your device upon purchase.
2. Make a warranty claim.
3. Organise a replacement crystal tube or IonShield Charger.
Please note that Prife update their processes regularly and the information on this page may change.
If your device has a serial number, find it and enter it into Navigate / Device Warranty.
If the serial number has expired, go to INQUIRY and send Customer Service the serial number and ask them to register it manually. They will need to know your DO as well.
If it is not expired, follow the instructions for registration.
Classic 2.0: Serial number is imprinted on the handle near the power cord - please enter without the /.
If your device does not have a serial number, go to NAVIGATE / PRODUCT ORDER REPORT and find your DO (Delivery Order number).
Go to INQUIRY and send Customer Service the DO number and ask them to register it manually. This also applies to bonus wands obtained via promotions.
CONTACT THE STOCKIST WHERE THE ORDER WAS PLACED. This is the warranty claim process for QLD01:
Fill in the form below with all details.
If you purchased from another Australian stockist, you will need to contact them for your warranty claim.
Once we have your details, and confirmed with HQ that we can fulfil your claim, we will send you a replacement item when we have stock.
You will also receive a return label in your package for the faulty item. Please use this and our packaging to send the faulty item back to us within 7 business days so we can complete your claim to HQ. Please don't overpack the item, as we then get charged exorbitant excess postage!
TO ORGANISE A REPLACEMENT CRYSTAL TUBE:
You need to know which model wand you have: Classic 1.0, Classic 2.0 (the wand came in 2 parts and needed to be screwed together.
Crystal Tubes are $120AUD if you want to send your wand to us to replace the tube for you. If you wish to just have it sent to you - $100AUD. See Payment page for bank details to make payment.
Email Scott: email@example.com and let him know which model you have, your payment reference and if you are happy to replace the crystal tube yourself. (sometimes the full end piece is available so all you will have to do is twist/screw it back on). Once we have received your payment and confirmed your order, we will send it out express post, next business day - alternatively you may collect from us in Tewantin.
